සේවා වියුක්තිය / විරැකියාව

Unemployment is a lack of jobs for those who ate able and willing to work. In other word unemployment is “like to work but does not have a job”.

විරැකියාව යනු රැකියා හිගකමයි.රැකියාවක් කිරීමට කැමති නමුත් රැකියාවක් නොමැති පිරිසයි.

Measuring Of Unemployment - විරැකියාව මැනීම

Unemployment Rate = (Number of Unemployment / Labor Force) * 100

Labour force of a country consists of person belonging to the age group 15 to 65 years who are employed and those who are unemployed but looking for a job.

රටක ශ්‍රම බලකාය යනු වයස අවුරුදු 15 – 65 ත් අතර සිටින රැකියාවක නියුතු හා රැකියාවක් සොයන පිරිසත් වේ.එනම් සේවා නියුක්ත හා සේවා වියුක්ත ජනගහනය වේ.

Kinds of Unemployment - සේවා වියුක්තියේ වර්ග

       I.            Frictional Unemployment - විරාම සේවා වියුක්තිය

    II.            Structural Unemployment - ව්‍යුහගත සේවා වියුක්තිය

 III.            Natural Unemployment - ස්වභාවික සේවා වියුක්තිය

 IV.            Cyclical Unemployment - චක්‍රීය සේවා වියුක්තිය

Frictional Unemployment - Looking For a Job from another Job during a Time Period Is Called Frictional Unemployment

රැකියාවක සිට තවත් රැකියාවක් දක්වා මාරු වීමේදී ඇතිවන සේවා වියුක්තිය වේ.

Structural Unemployment - The Unemployment Is Start with Mismatch between the Skill Workers and the Skill Needed By Employers

අවශ්‍ය කරන නිපුණතා හා සේවා නියුක්ති වීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන පුද්ගලයා සතු නිපුනතා අතර ඇති නොගැලපීම
