Business cycle in Sinhala (ව්‍යාපාර චක්‍ර)

In macroeconomics, two aspects of the economy are discussed in the economy:

1. Short-lived behavior of the economy

2. Longevity of the economy

Among the aspects of the economy mentioned above, the economy's long-term behavior is due to the business cycle. What is this business cycle?

Business cycles are the cyclical nature of the real income of the economy over the long-term behavior of the economy. In other words, business cycles can be called the fluctuations of the economy.

Stages of business cycle ව්‍යාපාර චක්‍රයේ අවධි

Prosperity Phase - සමෘද්ධිමත් අවධිය

When there is an expansion of output,income,employment there is also a rise in the standard  of living. the period of term as Prosperity Phase .නිමැවුම,ආදායම හා සේවා නියුක්තිය ඉහල යන විට මිනිසුන්ගේ ජිවන තත්වයද ඉහල යාමට පටන් ගනී.මෙය සමෘද්ධිමත් අවධිය ලෙස හදුන්වයි

The features of prosperity phase are, සමෘද්ධිමත් අවධියේ ලක්ෂණ

1.high level of output - ඉහල නිමැවුම

2. high level of effective demand - ඉහල ඵලදායි ඉල්ලුමක් තිබීම

3.inflation - උද්ධමනය

4.raiseing interest rates - පොළී අනුපාතිකය ඉහල වීම

5.high level of income - ආදායම් මට්ටම ඉහල වීම

There are sub two phase in Prosperity Phase සමෘද්ධිමත් අවධිය තුල උප අවධි දෙකක් දක්නට ලැබේ.

          i)  expansion phase - ප්‍රසාරනාත්මක අවධිය

It is between the trough and the peak.in other words the line of cycle that moves above the steady growth line represents the  expansion phase of a business cycle.

මෙය පතුල හා මුදුන අතර පිහිටා ඇත.වෙනත් වචනයෙකින් පැවසුවොත් ස්ථාවර වර්ධන රේඛාවට ඉහලින් මෙම අවධිය නිරූපණය වේ.

In this phase there is an increase in various economic factors such as production, employment, demand etc. මෙම අවධිය තුල විවිධ ආර්ථික සාධක වර්ධනයක් පෙන්නුම් කරයි.උදා -නිෂ්පාදනය,සේවා නියුක්තිය,ඉල්ලුම

In this expansion phase the prices of factors of production and output increases simultaneously.මෙම අවධිය තුල නිෂ්පාදන සාධක වල මිල ගණන් සහ නිමැවුම සමගාමිව වැඩි වේ.
